Thanks to a rainy summer, the Gorge is bursting with wild bounty. Guided by regional foraging expert Ethan Belvins, you’ll explore the trails, learn to identify edible treasures, and taste the unique gifts of the season.
Perfect for beginners, this entry-level workshop blends adventure, education, and the chance to connect more deeply with nature.
