Join the Bridgeport Tennessee RiverLine Local Leadership Team for a fun, beginner-friendly Introduction to Kayaking on Saturday, July 18, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the River Park & Boat Ramp (Bridgeport Ferry Dock) in Bridgeport, Alabama.

This free event is designed for first-time paddlers and anyone looking to build confidence on the water in a safe, welcoming environment. Experienced instructors and volunteers will provide basic paddling instruction, water safety tips, and guidance before participants enjoy a relaxing paddle on the Tennessee River.

Kayaks, paddles, and life jackets will be provided, so all you need to bring is weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, water, and a sense of adventure!
